Description

According to the new regulations that went into effect last night (Wed), citizens are not permitted to go further than 100 meters from one's home unless they are headed to one of the places permitted by the new guidelines but many dont actually know.

Failure to comply with the guidelines will result in a 500 nis fine. The police will be randomly stopping people that are walking around, take their Teudat Zehut (identification) in order to check their address and ensure that they are following the guidelines.

In order to check how far you are permitted to walk from your home, a new website was developed. Type in your address and the website will mark the 100 meter space surrounding your home.
